Sonic Drive-in

my friends and i just left hernando sonic. we ordered our food, waited, and when the carhop came out we told her we hadn't payed yet and gave her the card. she gave us our food and went inside. she came back out, gave us the card, and went back inside.all good. no less than a minute later as we are pulling out of the parking spot, the manager runs out, stops in front of our car, yells at us to roll the window down, and proceeds to yell asking if there is a problem. we all say no mam, as evidence of us leaving. she then continues telling us there’s no need for us to speak, that we’re not welcome back, and that we should be leaving. we did nothing at all. will not be going back.

I have to say this sonic is great! I wish they would fix their parking lot for their carhops before one of them gets hurt!! I love the sonic app so I can order before I get there and it allows you to tip them versus paying at the speaker or cashapp them a tip because they deserve it. Keep up the good work.

Isabella was the night manager who went above and beyond to make sure that I was Completely Satisfied with my order! She was impeccable!! She even scolded some young troublemakers for blatantly disturbing the peace and made them leave. Me being a retired area manager from a Fortune 100 company, I was overly impressed!! This young lady will be over several stores in no time because she the business "IT" factor!!! I have never been so impressed by such a young manager. Isabella, you are awesome and I hope your managers know it!!! Keep up the Awesome work, young lady!!!
