Mcdonald's

So here we are today at McDonald’s on East State St in Hermitage, PA. This is the Large French Fry that they gave me, 1/2 filled, Really??!! So I asked for the manager and she came to the window with an Attitude and said “That’s All The Fried That You Get In A Large Order For $3.80!! Really McDonald’s? Oh I’m so sure your owner will be contacting you within the next few days!! Shame on you😡💔

The workers are very rude when you order. They rush you and give attitude. Don’t work a customer service based job if you can’t have any decency towards the customers. I work retail and I would never treat people like that, no matter how rude the customers might be towards me. I just don’t understand. And they hardly filled the shamrock shake. It was a size small but half the cup to 3/4 was the shake and the other half to 1/4 was whipped cream. The two ladies at the window were really nice at least. I just think they need to be a little nicer to their customers.

After I paid and got to the window to get my order, me and the 2 car ahead of me were asked to pull up. There at least 6 cars in parking lot waiting for food. If worked in fast food places and the reason they do that is because each car is timed when in the drive thru. So they they make people pull up to keep there times good. Which is a lie! And they brought 2 cars that were behind me food before mine. I waited 19 mins for 3 sandwiches!!

The Manager, dealt with an issue on the spot, not once batting an eye or a shoulder scrug. Takes his job serious and fixed the issue immediately. More Mangers like him should be in all fast food restaurants. I didn't get his name, but was around noon at the location on N. Hermitage Rd in Hermitage. PA. The five stars is toward the Manger.

This McDonald's right here is why McDonald's can be so polarizing. There is one in Nesshanock that is well run and clean and it's great. This one is the polar opposite. The high school kids running this McDonald's are rude and lazy, always get orders wrong, and food takes absolutely forever. Go to the McDonald's in Nesshanock instead.
