Wendy's

They do not deserve one single star, however, I had to for the sake of my comment. I was working uber eats & arrived there approximately seven minutes after order was placed. The lady opened up the window & said "We're closed". I said "Yes ma'am, I'm with uber eats & the customers order is right behind you prepared for delivery. Can you please hand it to me?" She said ,"No, you can't just pull up after we close". I said "Ma'am, the order was just prepared & ITS RIGHT THERE BEHIND YOU PREPARED!" She slammed the window shut & I took a pic proving what I was saying to report it to my support team. This was so unnecessary & uncalled for & because of the petty unprofessionalism, I will NEVER spend my own money there again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never experienced such rude, I wouldn’t say service considering I did not get served. Sat in line that was out to the road for a online order that was placed well before close. By the time I made it to the window it was 1201 and was very rudely told it was closed. Even as I asked nicely what about an online order that was already made. Two females then screamed at me through the head phones, “WE ARE STILL CLOSED!”

Ask for med combo 5 times got a small told them again at the window and he said he can only give me what the ticket says and I can't change it.fries cold would not replace them. Chilli only half full and half of that was water and not even close to being hot would not replace it or even top it off. I have never seen a place that when you want to pay for an upgrade they will not charge you and give it to you. Just save the owner some money and time by shutting the doors for good

I had to give one star to make the review, but if I could give zero I would. I'm thinking the city council should rethink some of these restaurants. This place is so bad and has such bad service, I don't understand why Wendy's doesn't pull their franchise. It is really really bad, really bad. Very rude to customers, like they just want to be there and get paid and not work. If you order anything it's like it's an issue. Please Wendy's consider coming here and either changing everything or canceling the franchise in this location. It's very bad.

Today my husband and I were yelled at in the drive through by the woman working the window because the system was down. All he was trying to do was ask about cancelling his mobile order since the app had already charged him prior to learning that the system was down. The woman who I assume was the manager was belligerent. Why is the store open if the system is down and they can’t take orders? Why did the person in front of us get food from the drive thru window? So many questions… lol Come on Wendys…SHUT the STORE DOWN and Stop yelling at people! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
