Zaxby's

Took my son here to eat after an extremely hot day pressure washing. My first time eating at Zaxby's. I absolutely love the way the inside feels like a restaurant. I was informed that this place is a fast food joint. WOW. The food was 4/5, service 5/5 and cleanliness 5/5. Fried pickles were delicious and the Z sauce excellent. Chicken not as good as Popeyes but close.

Rhonda needs some training in the customer service area. After commenting that this was my first time ( and last all in one visit) at Zaxby’s, I ordered two meals and some sauce. No mention that it came with sauce was made. Nope. But, as one might expect, I’ll just give you sauce and charge you for the ones you asked for. Got me. That’s okay, I can afford it. That was so uncalled for and so easily avoidable. I can’t believe that the franchise holder allows bad help on his service counter. Better to run short staffed.

Good people, clean restaurant, but the reason I come here was strictly for the fried mushrooms 🍄 and they "NO LONGER HAVE FRIED MUSHROOMS " thus why the restaurant was empty with just a few people, because they must Not have what people want. We can get chicken 🐔 anywhere, and it's a little expensive here. Even the Cobb Salad 🥗 that I got, only had have of the Grill Chicken 🐔 that it suppose to have. We can get chicken at Slims Chickens 🐔, Party Fowl which is better than the other two, but the top Best of the Best is Hattie B's. Don't even look at Prince's Hot Chicken, way... Way... WAY toooo much Salt on Everything. At least the one on Nolensville Pike. Look it's simply: Lebanon and Mt.Juliet area Slims Chicken, Old Hickory and Donelson area Party Fowl, Down Town Nashville and I-440 area Hattie B's. In the event that you have out of town guest,... STOP... make yourself look Great and make the drive 🚗, No matter how far, to Hattie B's, never... Never... I mean NEVER have I had a bad experience in my 20 plus times gong there. Enjoy and Do Not get "Shut the Cluck Up" Chicken, unless you can eat fire 🔥 or eat Habaneros Peppers 🌶 raw with skin, seeds, & steam am all. Start light and move yourself up as you go more often.

Just going to leave this here but the Cajun grilled chicken club is the best thing on the menu.....I would have never known untill I could no longer eat dairy and had to do grilled chicken vrs fried chicken ......minus the cheese and ranch sauce its still hands down the best grilled chicken breast anywhere!! Probably even better with the cheese and ranch that comes on it. Seriously juicy soft not chewy and tough like most grilled chicken options at other fast good establishments!!
