A hidden gem in Hermanus. Very homely feel with great food, coffee and service. The courtyard is beautiful to sit in summer under a huge ornamental vine. Excellent value for your money

With breakfast being my favourite meal of the day, the menu and vibe at Candi's was worth every moment spent there. We were a tour group of 9px ending a 2 week tour across the Garden Route and we were delighted by the cosy and cute garden, awesome service from our waiters and warm welcome from the chef. Breakfast was a variety of gourmet omelettes, eggs Benedict, savory pancakes, poached eggs with avo and served on grilled aubergine as well as grilled cheese and tomato sandwich on farm baked bread. The coffee was perfect too. Love this place and will definitely be back again.

I found this place in Google map. Just behind the Main Tourist street, Simple but nice place for breakfast. Service was nice.

CanD’s feels like HOME - it’s like stopping by at a family friend’s house, popping in for a yummy meal or a sweet little treat with a cuppa.
Every time I’m in Hermanus I simply have to stop by... the scones (with strawberry jam AND cheese, naturally) are divine and now I can say their brownies and Benedict are , too !
