Great burgers and a great staff. Really, the staff is amazing. Helpful, they usually bring your food out to the table, and bring condiments so you don't have to go searching for them.
The burgers are great too - good food, and lots of great guitars in the dining room too look at. Cool!

Placed an online order, waited 20 mins after sitting in line at the arrival time, finally had to call the restaurant only to find out they completely forgot to walk my food out. Again I placed an online order therefore I ordered the food and paid for it, their only job was to walk it out to my car. Ask to speak to a manager and was offered a rain check on the order. My food was cold and had been sitting. Seriously, do better!! Especially when the customer does everything for the restaurant to make it easier on both parties except walk it out. Order# 2018338

One of the best Whataburger’s out there. The customer service is phenomenal. We always pass by here when we coming from Louisiana. The long drive thru line is worth waiting for. The only issue I had was that they messed up on my drink, but no biggie!

Undercooked, asked if they could redo it and they complied. The second time was worse than the first. They need to do a better job as this is not the first time.

Really like their mushroom burger! The decor brings back good memories, and I like the music. Back in the day, (telling my age), Elvis was my idol, LOL. The employees are really nice and efficient. Was a good meal with a friend 😋

Worst place in Henderson!! Was at one time really good, but has gone down hill in the last year, NEVER gets anything right, better check your order before you leave. Tried to get a senior drink and noticed the guy charged me, when I explained it was free he STILL CHARGED ME FOR A DRINK I GOT 3 SIPS AND IT WAS GONE! I LOVE WHATABURGER, BUY WILL NEVER USE THIS ONE AGAIN!@

Ordered a breakfast burger. Received my sandwich and bite into a mouthful of egg shells. Called the restaurant to make a complaint and the lady manager on duty didn't treat me with the customer support that I should've been afforded. She even hung up on me. I have made a complaint to corporate about the whole experience. Not ever gonna visit this store again.

No complaints, very nice staff (Ms. Dee Dee is the best), hot food, & clean restroom. My son would eat whataburger 3 meals a day if I'd allow!!
