Slow, unfriendly workers. Just ordered 3 fries, and never seen anyone move so slow for a fast food restaurant. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Girl giving out orders was nice, though.

The owners and management don't like customers. Terrible experience. The person taking the order said they wouldn't accept a receipt survey just because it was received at a different McDonald's location. Of course, I blame the owner or CEO for training workers to be non-customer friendly. It's hard to blame somebody whose paid a starvation wage for the problems at this McDonald's inside Walmart. Don't go here. Smh.

Wanted a sausage burrito, didn't have the pepper mix. Wanted sausage gravy, this location didn't serve gravy. Wanted a ketchup pack for my hashbrown, didn't even have that. Food tastes lightly warmed up. Terrible!

The worst mcdonalds in the state! does not even honor coupons. fries are cold, sandwiches are very soggy and many flies. no refill on drinks.was told this is an independently own restaurant and does not go by the same rules as other mcdonald's'. owners are not customer friendly at all. never clean!

the ice cream machine at the mcdonalds store on n. copper drive has not worked in 2 weeks. i asked one of the workers about the machine and they had an attitude of didn't care when it was fixed or even why it isn't working. Could you please look into this matter. thank you ..

Service was very slow though there was no people in line. Order was correct and the kids were happy. Satisfied customers.
