Sheetz

The food I ordered inside did come out fresh and within a reasonable time frame but the people working behind the food counter were very rude. I know food service isn't easy but at least slap a slap a smile on your face. This was my first time using Sheetz after signing up with the app so not so sure I will frequent them with our $145 fill ups in our truck when we head from Virginia Beach to Nashville, TN once a month.

I think Sheetz is great late night munchies food but, and I can't stress this enough, you have to know how to order and pick up! 1. Always order advanced on the app! 2. Pick up your food inside, NOT the drive thru If you don't do these things you'll be waiting FOREVER because they're super busy and not fast and if you try to do the drive through you'll be stuck even after your food is ready because you have to wait for the cars in front of you. I'm telling you: order on the app, show up 5 minutes after the designated pick up time to give them extra time and then walk inside and pick up. You can thank me later

This Sheetz was the worst while traveling by far. This was at 2:00 am and the bathroom was filthy, the common area where you get coffee was nasty and no one wanted to help you. I wanted help with the coffee machines because none seemed to have coffee. I had one machine that put a green substance in my cup. When I asked what it was, she said the machine was broken and had been broken, as though I've been there before. I'm not remotely even close to living near there. When I walked over to the other coffee machines, they were a new type of machine and didn't understand how to use it . I asked the woman behind the counter for help and she told me to read the directions. I put down what I wanted to buy, and left.

I'm writing this in the drive thru because I have been waiting TWO WHOLE HOURS for my order. I don't know what the issue is as I haven't gone inside considering my position trapped in between two vehicles but this seems to unfortunately be a regular occurrence for this store. This is not indicative of all Sheetz but do not come to this one.

I tried to pay with cash today. I was willing to give the young lady $60.00 cash and fill up and get change. Perhaps there is an app from Sheetz that I point my phone at my gas tank and Sheetz responds..."$#6.87 for fill up not !!!!" I was told that they could no longer do that because I had to know exactly ho much the cost of the gas was before I could pay with cash. As it turned out I put $20.00 cash and the young employee failed to enter my Sheetz card and I was not given a normal discount. I then used my credit and completed my fill up for $29.61 and I RECEIVED MY USUAL DISCOUNT. Is there anyone working at Sheetz any where that understands that they make more money when a customer pays cash and they have immediate sales than through a Credit Card. A great deal of businesses are charging 3% more on credit card sales now. Really, this ain't rocket science folks. Also Sheetz folks I waited 3.5 hours before I simply hung up on "Sheetz Customer Support". They seem to by rather useless. . Is there actually any intelligent life at the other end of the "Sheetz Customer Service Line." Sheets managers, Google offers reviews for good reasons would you not think? Is there anybody out there. Anyone at all ???????? Caveat Emptor For the Sheets folks and other uneducated folks Latin for Buyer Beware.
