PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER TALK TO YOU AGAIN!! This is by far the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. We moved in 3 months ago and there were many things wrong with the house that needed to be fixed prior to move in. As of this point in time nothing has been fixed and they've sent out several maintenance guys that just say we can't do anything or we will send them a bid for the work. Then nothing gets done at all and I have to call and restart the process all over again. There have been several times where I have tried to call them with no answer for days, if you leave a voicemail no one will ever listen to it or get back to you. I have sent several emails with pictures in regards to what is wrong with the house and what needs to be fixed and every single time I call they answer and say what's wrong? They do not communicate among each other or leave notes on the account for others so everytime you talk to someone you have to retell the whole story. You can tell that both the front and back doors have been kicked in and the door frame was just plastered back together. The sliding glass door will not open at all and has huge gaps that are not weatherproofed at all. When it rains there are many leaks in the house that they refuse to do anything about. All of the drywall in the garage has been ripped out leaving no insulation at all. This company is a scam so please do not waste your time attempting to work with them.

The spring on our garage door broke one night. I emailed Janna on Thursday morning to let her know and go Put in a service request. The office was closed that Friday because of Good Friday. The following Monday at 8a she cc’d me on an email she sent to maintenance. The same day I had a company calling me to come out and fix the garage. Done so quickly and easily. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because Chris their real estate agent is a liar. Our lease was to be for 2 years. When I told him this he said they would make an addendum, so we signed. I have text proof Chris said this. Turns out the property management had no idea about this so we only had the 12 month lease. When our 12 month expired the property management didn’t offer us a new lease because of Rona virus and the owner was on the fence for selling. Owner ended up not selling, and we got offered another 12 month lease w a $350 increase. It sucks but I get it with the changing market. Overall though, they are very responsive to email and have so far been pretty easy to communicate with.

This management company should not be in business. I moved from another state and came to see the property a month before. They said they were going to make repairs before I moved in. The day I arrived to Las Vegas was 4:55pm. I was 10 minutes from their office and called them. They said they couldn't wait for me and I had to come the next morning. I asked to see the property the next day and was told they didn't have anyone available to come to the property that day and I would have to wait two days. I already had been on the road three days. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED!!! I sign the lease without seeing the property. When I arrive to the property I just cried! It was dirty and things were broken. I immediately call them. I was told to email maintance. They put a dirty refrigerator in the house that was so big I couldn't open the stove. The stove was dirty. The dishwasher was broken. the toilets and floors were dirty. The doors were patch together instead of being replaced. They left a nasty stove in the garage and refused to come get it until the HOA called them with a fine because I put it outside. It took 6 months to get a dishwasher and 4 months to get a refrigerator. Please don't lease with them!

What a nightmare!!! I feel scammed at this point! They can’t be more unprofessional!!! That don’t even answer your emails!! I have 18 days with a broken back door! And clogged sinks!! The house was very dirty and guess what they don’t take responsibility!! This people is not doing their job maintaining properties!! Garage and driveway full of engine oil! Garbage disposal with no blades!! No batteries at fire alarms and back pario locked!! Very unsafe!!! I know I’m not the only one going through this! Please feel free to contact me if you start a complaint!

This company is the worst. They left us with no A/C with 3 kids, we ended up having to get our own company then they refused to answer our calls and the A/C companies call for reimbursement. Our water usage on the property went over 250,000 gallons when we were out of town and continued. First united stated they would not fix the repair that it was our problem to fix. Our master bathroom leaks and floods the downstairs and they have refused to fix it. Instead of fixing the issues they took us to court where the judge said it does not matter that they are violating the contract we still have to pay rent for a house that is not livable. Its crazy that a company is violating the contract and yet we get held accountable. that's like going to an attorney paying for their services then they do nothing but you still have to pay them.

They are a complete Rip off and only care about money keep your receipts for everything I'm still waiting for my deposit and paid rent for months I had already paid but I found the receipts late and they will lie to keep your cash and lie to landlords they have no idea what they charge there tenants for there side money this is a true story and I can provide proof
