Lovely little pub. There is an enclosed garden with plenty of space. We had food and it was freshly prepared, generous portions and really tasty. Best burger I've eaten in years. Highly recommend.

Booked a table for 7 people , the service was great, Scott really went out of his way to make us feel welcome, great food and very large portions would highly recommend, wen we go on holiday again would definitely go back.

Was nice, stopped off for a drink in the sun in their beer garden. Staff was friendly and service was good.

My first visit and would definitely go again. Pleasant enough staff and the locals not unfriendly. Well back here and tried two meals, scampi and fries, and homemade lasagne. Both meals were ok, except for the salad garnish which came already dressed. I wasn't a fan, sorry. Returned July 2023, not sure what's happened since last visit, restaurant side not open and meals being served in public bar area so didn't stay, also there was little on the menus for vegetarians.😞

Nice little quiet pub, I had the pie from the specials board . (Chicken and leek) Was the nicest food I had while staying around that area. Very fresh produce and quality service.
Staff very friendly and accommodating .
We also had the scampi and the sausage and mash all so good 👍

First time visiting this place and we are so glad we did. My partner had a tasty juicy burger with fries which he would highly recommend. I had the best homemade lasagne I have ever eaten. Dogs are welcome inside as well as outside. Staff were very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a tasty, delicious meal.

Came across this place while walking through the countryside. Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel most welcome. We had already eaten but looking at their menu would definitely eat there another time. Have a very large pub garden to cater for the sunny afternoons too and not on a busy road so very peaceful to sit outside

So we ate here as part of the eat out to help out scheme I have to say the service was fantastic by the lovely Georgia, the beer was just as nice and the food was great.
My only concern was that there was no prices on any of The specials board or the desert menu so when we got our bill it wasn’t itemised so we couldn’t check the maths was correct.
Other than that one-way working for COVID-19 track and trace as you walk in the door friendly staff nice attitude happy to eat there again
