I called in at about 6.45pm one evening on my way from Lancaster to Leeds.
The place is spotless and my order was cooked whilst I waited. I had the medium fish & chips for just £4.50!

Have never spotted this place before despite passing many times. What we've been missing! £3.99 for medium fish and chips. Portion size was just right. Enough to fill you up without making you feel uncomfortable! Crispy batter. Tasty chips. Biggest plus point for me (as am immunosuppressed and very anxious about covid) was how safe the whole place felt. No-one sitting around inside waiting for their order. Masks encouraged. Thank you - it was really appreciated. Loved everything about this place. Will definitely return.

Brilliant fish & chips. Always call when passing if they are open. Always cooked fresh for you, never had and any horrid warm ups 🤢. Clean shop, pleasant staff, highly reccomend. Worthy of 5⭐

Popped in on way through as we were passing and needed food. Had fish & chips, battered sausage, scampi, mushy peas, curry sauce. All very tasty and service was safe and friendly. Worth a visit.

Superb fish and chips and great value too. I had the medium f&c and it was just enough for me. The chips are the best I've tasted for yonks !! They tasted just like ones I used to love years ago - I'm sure they must have been cooked in beef dripping 'cos they tasted so good.
