Mcdonald's

Poor customer service. I ordered my meal thru the drive through. Got to window and had to pull to a waiting parking spot because food was not ready. They brought food out. Not my order. Then they brought out my order again and my order was not correct. They took it back in. Waited again. Brought back out still not right, I took it back in and 2 more times they messed up my order. I was there for a 1/2 hour. I finally got my order. I am not sure why it is so hard to get a quarter better with ketchup only. It seems so simple a bun, a burger and ketchup. That's it. What happened to get your order in a min or its free? Back then you actually got what you ordered. Now they have more time and can't get it right. Very unhappy!!!

Friends and I have joked that this seriously is the best McDonald's on Earth. This location has been open for decades and they consistently offer outstanding service. In the very rare event that a mistake is made with an order, they immediately fix the error without question. The drive thru can sometimes get busy, but it always moves along quickly.

Kinda impersonal. Altho greeted when we came in; I had to reset my phone bv to get my McDonalds app working,and was told by management to use the ordering kiosk,which I find very impersonal. I want to order and actually seems to a human then a cold machine! Older staff were nice and helpful. Young man taking our order was nice as well. Fries were TOO over-;salted and out of 2 large fries ordered,we could NOT eat 2nd. 🤮

The new McDonald's has speedy service don't get me wrong The reason why I give it one star. What happened to the red roof when we were kids ball pits and slides it has seemed to turn into a retirement restaurant instead of a fun place for kids. Their is only one left in Easton PA I hope they don't remodel that too.

Messed up all my meals on everything I ordered. This isn't the first time, I've very disappointed in the half filled cold fry, messed up happy meals, wrong drinks and missing stuff. I want my order right the first time and not to drive back after I worked 12 hours and already got home with the food for my family. Very very very poor service!
