Wendy's

They are getting better but ALWAYS check your order. My order was incorrect but accidents happen. So I had the manager correct it, I told her 3x's and she repeated it back to me and it was on the receipt! So she comes out and hands it to me & guess what? It was WRONG ! So upsetting! I wasn't being difficult or mean, I just wanted my chicken sandwich with tomato & lettuce ONLY no sauce..... NEVER got my 7.00 sandwich correct. 😭😭😭

I give 3 stars because I usually stop by everyday before work to get something to eat and they are not disappointed! Until today I stop by before heading to work, I came up to the cashier at drive through and she started yelling at me why I didn't put order before drive up to cashier, ok first of all don't treat your customer like that because you don't know some of us having disabilities like me I hardly hear and every time I stop buy there I just go straight up to cashier and make orders. So I left without making any order 😕.

Today I came to this Wendy’s, (which has always been my favorite for the last 4 years) and their computers were down. They told me that they could cash, but I legit didn’t have any. Instead of turning me away or telling me to wait, they still let me order! They then told me they would “take care of it.” I’m always impressed with this Wendy’s and the manager that run it. I will be sure to tip when I come back and things are running again. Thank you for today.

Wendy's is always a great and predictable food establishment while traveling. Restaurant was fairly clean (considering it was lunch time), staff was friendly and understanding. Food was hot and fresh!! Maybe the only draw back is that there's still 100% Christmas music still playing. I'm all in favor of Christmas music but it might be wearing on me because they start it on Thanksgiving ;)
