Amazing customer service! I've taken the kiddos here every single week for Summer of Fun! Every time we've had wonderful customer service. We celebrated my son's birthday today and had a blast with our awesome Batman cake! Plus we got to say hi to CHUCK E himself! Thank you team!!!!💕

Horrible Service!!! People who works here either don’t want to or not getting paid enough. They didn’t care that they was very rude and these specific people was the worst. I talked to they manager but he didn’t seem to care about my concern. He did go to the back and tell ALL the staff I complained and they all came to where I was sitting with my family and looked at me. I thought it was funny more than unprofessional but moral of this story. Don’t take your kids here they don’t care about customer service.

The food is better than it used to be. There are more choices than just pizza, and a small salad bar. I like that you can pay for time for games and anyone in your group can swipe the card to work a game so adults and kids can play. The food was especially expensive, but it was a fun activity for us with our daughter and grandson. He liked his prizes he won.

My first experience there was great. It was me my step dad, my step brother, his girlfriend, my god sister, her daughter, her boyfriend which is his daughter too. My god sister's 2 sisters, my mom's friend Jojo, her husband, and my step dad's brothers and his big brother's wife and step cousin. So yeah it was fun I saw a pretty girl that works there yesterday. I didn't get the chance to talk to her, because I was too shy. But hopefully she'll still be around unless I see some other girls around my age no offense. And all the other girls that work there were pretty too. So yeah it was so much fun I got to be with my family we sang happy birthday to my god sister's daughter and all so yeah it was really great yesterday. Thank you guys for serving us snd helping us celebrate my god sister's daughter's 3rd birthday yesterday we really appreciate it.👏👏👏

Not what it use to be...
Leaves a lot to be desired!
But the kids had a decent time but that's because they only know this version of this place.
Staff could use a lil more positive upbeat energy.
Don't let the name carry the work for you... It's just not enough.

I ordered a sampler plater wich was almost $20 the price of a large pizza. It was truly disappointing, the fries were over burned, the wings look really small like dog treats and the cheese bread was overly greasy, the only OK thing from the sampler were the celery sticks. Additionally we had to wait almost 30 minutes for it to be ready. I would not recommend this option to anyone!!!😔 Just get the pizza for the price l think you would get a better value for your money 😔

I was there one hour and 30 minutes and Chuck E Cheese never came out. I asked manager and he responded very rude, "no he's not coming back because there are too many children.

Pizza is horrible like eating card board, all you can eat salad bar is very basic and limited. Only thing okay is the games for kids.
Bathrooms are not clean or stocked up there was no toilet paper or paper towels available.
Handicap accessible entrance, and parking. Plenty of parking in lot.
