08/30/21 7pm. The staff did not know how to prepare what I ordered through the app. They seemed very confused. There was no supervisor or manager to talk to. They didn’t want to compensate for something else. Just wasted my time. Very disappointed

This shop is nearby my office so I used to go here a lot. Some of the employees are nice and make great sandwiches. But most of the employees at this location seem angry and rude and also skimp on toppings. Your sandwich will feel light. Not to mention they charge for bags?There are lots of businesses nearby so there is almost always a line.
The good thing is that there are MANY other subway locations nearby that offer better service and make better sandwiches. If you have a choice, I suggest going elsewhere.

Fire whoever was working today 08/15/2020 at 2:20 pm. They intentionally hung up on me after saying they had to put me on hold, then when i called back continued to hang up. I called you guys 17 times and each time whoever was in there kept hanging up. Im coming in there afterwork and I really hope he is still there. Fire him ASAP.

Filthiest Subway I've ever been to and the manager is very rude. The employees have all there kids just chilling out in the front of the restaurant as if its a day care. They also do NOT participate in any Subway promotions at all like other Subway's do, so don't bother coming here and wasting your time and money.

Slow service; they only ever have 2 people working during the lunch rush. There is a chiropractic college next door but they don't staff accordingly. One of the employees usually can barely make sandwiches while the other is picking up all the slow one's slack. They "ran out of bread" at 1:30 right after/during the lunch rush. I watched at least 5 people open the door and leave during a 10min period because the line was so long and the employees so slow.
If the owner paid even the slightest bit of attention to their busy periods none of this would happen. All it takes is one extra 4 hour shift to prevent all these issues. And they would make 50% to 100% more sales.
Not going back; I cannot afford to waste my entire lunch break on this nonsense.

Be careful when buying here. An indian guy charged me double on the pretext of having forgotten to charge me the beacon. He never canceled the wrong transaction. I had to report the incident to my bank to get my money back. That's not the way to run a business. If you see a five star review at this place it's because of indian helping other indian that's it.

This subway is probably the worst of the worst. You don't want to come here if you have other choices. The way they make the sandwiches, it's just disappointing. They try to skimp on every little ingredient they put on the sandwich.
Hey can i have extra jalapenos? Sure here is one more jalapeno!
Can i get extra olives? Sure, here are three more olives!
Really? I don't care if I do have to pay extra but when I say extra i expect double the amount.
Just save yourself the disappointment of going here and avoid it even if you don't have a choice.

Clean store, friendly service, fresh bread, veggies and meats. Location is in an individual area where I wouldn't expect to find a Subway. Finding this store saved me a lot of time.
