Franco Pizza

This place used to be good but it was bought by new owners and in my opinion they are terrible. They messed up 2 out of 4 orders and the guy argued with me when I asked him to fix it. I will not order from here again. Also the delivery guy charged an extra $4 for a tip in addition to the $5 I gave him. He then tried to hide it from me. I caught him and after another argument I got him to give me the money back. There are many other options. Don't waste your time here.

Went here for a quick bite before practice and it was horrible. The Chicken Francese was disgusting, the lemon sauce was thick and had a weird taste & the chicken was small. I order the Franco fries, too. It barely had ANY cheese or bacon on the fries. The fries were also so burnt (and i like a crispy fry). I would go elsewhere if you had an option.

This place was gross and dirty. I ordered a grilled chicken Ceaser salad. First the chicken was so over cooked it tasted like dust. They didn't use a ceaser dressing but used something else. It's cute that you put the wilted lettuce on the bottom, nice surprise. I took a few bites and tossed it. While I waited I was the only person there and every table was dirty including food in the booth seats. Don't waste your time and money. I know I'm not. Did I mention that not one person used gloves while handling my food.

Worse pizza I ever had. I don’t know who they paid to give them 4 stars because that’s insane completely not deserved. I should’ve known just by walking into the place. Pizzerias should stick with Italians. The cheese didn’t even taste right it tasted like rubber completely disgusted couldn’t even eat the second slice and I was starving. Gave me a stomache ache.

Had an order where I had an entree salad. Missing dressing and was this inedible. Had to wait an hour before I could have my food while my family ate (I live 15 minutes from the restaurant). The only recompense offered was... an extra dressing. Horrible customer service. To top it off the salad was terrible.

so we just recently moved to Hawthorne and I've been craving anchovies pizza.I Google search and this place came up . First off a frozen pizza would have been better. The pizza had a ton of oil which made the crust completely soggy.And when the the slices are pulled apart tye chesse falls right off leaving behind a wet oily soggy crust. We had receive there menu in mail. I was planning to let them cater my daughter's 1st birthday party. Yeah I can firmly say that's never gonna happen. Honestly I wish there was an opinion for no stars!
