Pizza Hut

Omg! I ordered the Trio Box advertised on T.V. I was so excited to try it out. It was a take-out nightmare. The pizza was cold but the box was warm🤔. The crust was hard and toppings were scarce. I paid for extra toppings by the way. The cinnamon rolls were halariously tiny and I thought that they were oysters. The bread sticks where the only part of the deal that was great. They were soft & edible , unlike the pizza's crust👎👎👎. I will not patronize this store Ever...

Good Evening, I ordered a large supreme pizza with stuffed crust, an order of cheese sticks and 3 marinara sauces. When the order arrived, it was missing one marinara. I told the delivery driver and he stated they were now closed and could not drop it off even though the location was 0.7 miles away from my home. I said ok and he left. I then took the pizza inside and opened it up only to realize they did not include the stuffed crust i ordered. I called the store and a man answered. He told me the store was closed and there was nothing i could do and hung up on me. I called back 2 times after that. He answered again on the second time. I asked him to give me his name and he hung up on me again. I am posting a review regarding this service. I have photos of the pizza as well as the receipt as proof. I would like someone to reach out to me to waive the cost of the order due to the substandard service provided. I train over the phone customer service, I have fired reps over this type of behavior. It's completely unacceptable and this level of brazen behavior indicates that this isn't his first time acting in this manner. We been trying to order the big flavor dipper always unavailable? And the other pizza Hut doesn't deliver to a house in the same city? Makes no sense. But finally when we was able to order it. They send a round pizza smh. And drivers are horrible. I'm done with pizza Hut ✌please DONT order from this place people. .

I had to call about my drinks missing. They did have the driver come back to drop them off though. Also, the driver did not follow instructions to leave food at door for contactless delivery. She knocked on the door instead and wanted to hand me the order. One other problem was the sauce with breadsticks. It tasted really off and was not good at all. I normally love the taste and will use the extra to dip my pizza along with breadsticks but it was horrible.

3 Topping pizza. We know they always skimp on the chicken because it's not flat like pepperoni so you can't place pieces the same way. Plus it's probably more expensive. But onions? Come on! If people asked for onions as a topping they obviously wanted them and unlike pineapples or chicken, they're very cheap. Also unlike chicken or pineapple, onions shrink down a lot when they're cooked. There were practically no onions on my pizza. Very disappointing as this adds the flavor as far as I am concerned. The were a few areas of sauce not covered with any cheese. The chicken alfredo pasta and breadsticks were both very good and not disappointing as the pizza was for me.
