Denny's

Seated promptly. Was ignored by my male waiter for 15 mins as he attended to several other guest🙄🙄🙄, I was not asked if I would like anything to drink while waiting. Due to the duration of my being ignored while with my wife and young daughger. I then approached the on duty manager and was immediately assigned a new waitress that returned from break. Meal quality to be determined shortly. Update shall be provided. 🤔 Decent meal made up for the initial poor dinning experience 👍

I came this morning to the Denny's Infront of DDS and man let me tell you that I left extremely happy with my service. I came in and immediately got seated and waited on by a male server sorry I forgot his name. But I asked him for a steak and he spoke to me about the options and which one he liked. So I went with his recommendation of a bone steak. He also offered me a strawberry lemonade as I didn't want anything hot in the morning. Steak was delicious the price was perfect and my overall experience was great. Music was great also they were playing a good mix wish I knew what station that was

I am a frequent customer since I go to the bar across the street. I've been there a couple days when they're understaffed and very busy. It's usually handled in a very hectic way on behalf of the workers that are on shift. But I was there last Friday and a server named ESMERALDA was working alone when the rush from the bar hit and she handled it in a very calm and respective manner she made sure the customers were okay and no matter how busy she was she was checking in. she was constantly letting us know about the wait times and sat and attended us in a timely manner. She was also very calm in dealing with a drunk customer. I told her she was very good management materiel. I would like this to reach upper management.

It is the first time that I visit this place and the last. The atmosphere of the place is very good but the service is terrible. The girl in charge of this business is dedicated to serving the tables of her friends or relatives and ignores other clients. I saw how people left the place because they were never treated the same way they treated us reluctantly

I have always gone to the location since moving to the neighborhood a few years ago, past few times at Night there is always 1 or 2 waitresses. Wait time usually would be 10/15 mins but this last time I went, was my last straw. Waited 30 mins, a rush came in. They started to take down names, we were waiting already before everyone else, waitress called another couple first, although we had been there first, we just got up and left, others complained as they seen we were there before everyone else. My advice staff accordingly especially on weekends.
