NEVER EAT HERE! I never thought I’d get a hair in my sandwich, like the other reviews, and my coffee was luke warm. In the morning!! What is going on???? The old man in the mornings at drive thru always seems to have some type of attitude and as of today, with these experiences, i will spend my money elsewhere. Never ever coming back here to spend a penny.

First time going and its my last time going. Went there around 630pm not sure if they were about to close but people are in drive thru. I went inside and there was and employee sweeping and picking up trash with gloves on. I say Hello and he said hello. He put broom down and went around to the counter to ring up my medium hot tea and paid with cash. When he gave change, I said do you mind if you change your gloves before making my hot tea. He gave instead attitude and said this is ridiculous. He changed gloves and made tea and sat on counter and as soon as I was about to say something, he said NO real loud with and attitude. I put tea back on counter and said I would like a refund. I got my refund and left. I didn't want his dirty glove to touch my tea bag that they open and put in cup for you.

Good Iced decaf coffee for me and staff went out there way to do make a decaf ice tea my pregnant wife could drink. I truly appreciated the hospitality. Wife said she really enjoy the food to. I could tell it was hot and really melting cheese. Again can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the were. Easily in the top 3 dunkin's I've been to.
