Drive thru experience… if you are going to have people wait 20 minutes.. do not give them their drinks with no straws. Better yet bring fresh drinks out.. it’s now been 25 minutes, on a Monday night. Finally brought order after I called inside. Brought order out.. Asked for straws… they were out

Well,.. food was good but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume it was just my luck. I ordered the Bigger Plate with Beijing Beef, Teriyaki chicken, Fried rice and Chow Mein. The Chow Mein was different, in that the Noodles were somewhat thin. My main grievance was with the fried rice. I had to pick through the old hard stale rice to get to the fresh rice. Come on Panda.....had it not been for that, I would've definitely clicked five ...Maybe it was Shift change, don't Know..🤷🏿♂️...

We have eaten here dozens of times. Great food , clean restaurant and thanks to Caleb , Ryan and Neil for always providing excellent service! Those guys are invaluable to Panda Express . The only time I’ve had a bad experience is when none of those gentlemen are working. 👍🏼 PANDA GIVE THEM A RAISE THEY DESERVE IT .

The customer service is terrible, we went in and the person taking our order was mumbling and very hard to understand, then in the middle of our order walked off to do something else, We were the only people in the restaurant. Then proceed to tip our boxes sideways to put them in the bag, which was a lovely surprise when we opened them to eat. We also almost walked out without our card because they failed to hand it back to us with our food.

Every time we get panda it is a lovely experience, but today was the best yet. Our Cashier, Ruth, was so amazing and kind. Food was good, but her service is what made our meal.

I get the same thing every time I go the Beijing beef with red bell peppers and lo mein noodles with a side of cream wontons. It's the perfect lunch

First time trying Panda Express and never knew it would be like this . I really hope that is not lipstick !!! I instantly threw it all away ! If I had the option , it would be a no star rating for me.

This place never has anything on the menu. Went in today and wanted green bean chicken (which they NEVER have even when they are stocked) and not only did they not have that, they only had a handful of other dishes because they were out of stock. I don’t know why this place is still bothering to open. It seems like every time I bother wasting gas to go to this place, I immediately wind up regretting it. The only reason I order green bean chicken there is because it’s the only dish that’s not absolutely disgusting or old because they usually have to cook it since they never have any already prepared. Just save your money and time and go somewhere else. This place keeps getting more trash as the years pass. I’m truly surprised they’re still open.
