Applebee's

Unfortunately this establishment has gone down hill. No servers were wearing masks, and our server, Chrystal, spent most of her time eating instead of serving us. (Happy to provide pictures of her sitting down and eating instead of grabbing us a bag that we asked for politely) She didn’t bother writing down our order so she got almost half of it wrong. Did not apologize. She was annoyed that I asked for the correct order instead and didn’t check on us after that. We asked for a bag at the end and she sat down and continue to eat instead. She only had three tables but you could see the other tables were not happy either. It’s unfortunate that I feel this was also a race related issue as I felt her discrimination was towards me because I was black. Now what she doesn’t know is I am a career server and an extremely gracious tipper. Not today, Chrystal. Also next time, please wash your hands after eating your own food before you come to tables and touch them.

We have been coming to this Applebees for many years. Through all the staff shortages in the pandemic, they have managed to hold things together. Our most recent visit was undoubtedly the best visit we have had there. What made the visit so memorable was our server, Leigha. Without question she is the most attentive, pleasant, and efficient server we have had there! The food was nice and hot, delicious, and brought out to us quickly. Looking forward to visiting in the near future!

I ordered the 8oz top sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. I asked for the steak medium rare and it came rare (which really didn't matter that much to me). The food was acceptable, but very bland. I had to add salt and pepper to everything. Not a bad experience, but not a great one.

Okay dining experience I wish the portion size was a little bit bigger for some of the meals the food taste decent. The part that is the most aggravating is trying to make a payment using a scrip gift card not only can you not do it yourself but neither can the server do it it requires the server to get a manager which is ridiculous. That has nothing to do with anybody working at this location it's Applebee's corporate that completely fails in this instance.

My mom and I went to eat/get drinks there yesterday for lunch. We walked inside and the only people in the restaurant to be found was a couple at the bar. We patiently sat there waiting for someone to come out and great us. Eventually one of the customers came over to us and she GRABBED MENUS AND SAT US DOWN. She didn’t even work there lol when they server came out to finally meet/great us. She had a attitude right off the bat. The drinks/food were good. But once she gave us our stuff. She was no where to be found after that. I saw other workers sitting in the back eating food. It was just a very weird experience. Very unprofessional too.

Put in a car side order tonight to be ready at 5:49. We waited more than half an hour to get our order, along with about a dozen other people, some of whom left without getting their food. The restaurant was not overly busy and the staff inside would not speak to or acknowledge those who were waiting for their food.
