Pizza Hut

Instead of a long story just look at the pictures. I didn’t get my full order, what looks like the management team, they were talking for at least 10 minutes outside while the dominoes lady on the phone telling me although your order says “complete “we don’t have your order ready” I can hear her manager but wasn’t allowed to speak to her on the phone. Last but not least they gave me quickly thrown together pizza. As a manager of a company I know post hurricane Ida it’s hard working plus being understaffed. However you must never sacrifice quality over quantity, if I would have receive the call before I got there it would be not harm no foul.

I had to give a star so I could leave my review. I have had great service for a long time. But on this night it was terrible. Delivery driver had an attitude. My pizza was 90 minutes late . It was cold. It was all bunched up in the left corner of the box. I called 3 times to talk to the manager. All they do is put me on hold. Never got to talk to manager. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied so bad tonight . They may have lost my business.

I ordered online for family dinner for my family on 8/14/2021. The online order said pick up time was 10-15 min. When I made it there within 10 minutes my order was ready, and everyone was so friendly. When I made it home to eat, all of the food was fresh and hot, as well as delicious. I gotta say, it was the best I’ve had in a while. Keep up the good work Pizza Hut crew Manhattan💕

We ordered pizza at 5:59 pm. Received a text at 6:27 pm that our order was on the way. Order was delivered at 7:49 pm and was cold! Completely ridiculous considering we are located 1/2 mile down the road. When we called in to check on the status of our order, the employee stated "your order is on the way honey"... it had already been over an hour at that point. Would give negative stars but that is not an option. And don't call me honey!
