My wife and I have purchased fish and chips from this shop for over 50 years. They have always been the best we have ever tasted and in particular the fish. They do not cook in oil and this also makes a difference.
We do not live in Hartlepool now but when we visit relatives we buy f and c and sit in the car round the corner from the shop and eat them
