Excellent service and delicious fresh homemade pub food! Very big portion sizes and reasonably priced. Bathrooms were spotless. Can’t fault anything and will definitely be back!

Visted Sunday 22 Oct 2023 with family including 2YO grandson and had fantastic time. Everyone enjoyed food. Easy access for high chair they povided and tables are not packed together. I had the mixed grill which was great and doggy bagged half for supper. Will be going back.

First time here. Had to try the mince and dumpling! Absolutely gorgeous. My son and his girlfriend had the parmo and the chicken was so juicy (cos they let me try it 😁) The portions are huge! Def recommend! X

Our first visit and it was great. Don’t order the large parmos unless you are very hungry.
The bar and beer garden areas are both “dog friendly”.
Nice to see Marston’s Pedigree and Banks Bitter both on tap.

I visited as part of a group of 8. Seated & served drinks as soon as we arrived by a lovely member of staff who took care of us all night. The food was absolutely delicious and arrived in great time even with a full restaurant. The atmosphere was very warm and cosy and the staff were all really great. Will definitely be recommending and returning!

Food was slow in coming, not busy at all in the pub so were not expecting such a long wait. Chips were lovely, parmo was really nice at one end and overcooked the other. Seemed like it had been microwaved? Salad was very mean, barely enough to share. When asked if everything was OK, we said yes, but feel it was ok, not amazing. Husband was disappointed since it was my birthday treat.

Great place. Had a small lunch and the portions were very sizable and tasty. Staff were friendly with great customer service. Rock music playing was a bonus! Great looking pub too with an awesome outside area and huge car park. Even had a draft beer that apparently rotates. Will definitely be returning here again. Top notch establishment.

Excellent food and excellent service in what was a very busy time for staff. Both our starters were top quality my wife's Prawn Cocktail was a good size and she said it was gorgeous my hot and spicy chicken wings with a blue cheese sauce were also lovely. My Salmon and prawns were cooked to perfection as was the mince and dumplings my wife had.

5 stars isn't enough! The food at this place it OUTSTANDING! Only wish they would bring thr macaroni back to the menu.
