Only gave this location 3 stars due to the fact that i the drive thru, we asked the girl to give us a 1 minute or 2 to finalize our order. And every 30 seconds she kept asking if we were ready in a nasty tone as if she had something better else to do besides her job.
Otherwise then that incident. The food is delicious. The Mac and cheese is awesome, loved the mashed potatoes and the biscuits are soft and fluffy.

I went with my brother, he entered the establishment. His comments were positive.

If only you could award a place zero stars. This is the most incompetent fast food purveyor I have ever visited. If the establishment has more than one customer at a time, it is brought to its knees. No one has any idea what is going on, and it usually takes me a half hour to get my simple order. This is the last time I will frequent this location. If you want fried chicken, it's faster to raise the chicken from an egg then to wait in line at this place.

Customer service is really bad there is a big line no buddy at the counter they are walking behind the kitchen no buddy at the registered to take an order i don't want to go again on this branch of kfc.

Very good, chic was actually crispy. The young lady who took my order is kind. I will always come back when I visit hartford. Thank you. I ordered 2 piece chix crispy with mashed potato.
