I order online my order and it's wrong they dont follow direction. Called to leave complaint got hung up on called back and still waiting. Never again awful

As a german i can say, the best sub I have ever eaten!
Really huge and big sandwiches :) :) In Germany a footlong one has less then half of salads and vegetables.
The young guy working there is also so nice and gentile. Everytime I´m in the U.S. I will come back :)

They close when they feel like it. Be wary driving there... even though the sign on the door says a certain time. It depends on the associates mood I'm guessing. I was told closed an hr b4 it was supposed to be closed. Sometimes earlier I've been turned back. Choosing a different spot for lunch.

Pretty rude owner I bring a coupon that said (buy "ANY" foot long get one free) but he didn't want to take it because he wants to exclude steak and chicken and other types of meat I ended up with freaking TUNA I will never step in this cheap place again!!!

Since when was it ok to charge 8 dollars for capicola I was told its an extra charge but 8 dollars i could of got a sub for that THATS RIDICULOUS AND I AM DISGUSTED THAT YOU WOULD CHARGE SOMEONE 8 DOLLARS FOR A FEW SLICES OF MEAT

Terrible! I ordered a wrap didn’t know it was considered a footling price. So I told them I didn’t want it and I wanted a 6 in. The manager came out and told me no they can’t make it because I’m not paying for the other sandwich. Like what? They rude and the manager don’t make it any better. Pakitstan or whatever race he is.

Worst day of my life !
The worker at Subway refused to take my corporate coupon and said it did not apply. There is one down the street that accepts them everytime !!!
His response was that was them This is us!?!
Save your time and dont get disrespected by the terrible workers here.

Has to be the worst subway in CT. I work across the street so I believed I could get lunch quick, I was wrong. Two people in front of me, one was at the register and the other just started his order. I waited 25mins and decided to leave because my break was almost over. The gentleman at the register was still there when I left. Terrible service. Another time an employee told me the grille marks are painted onto the chicken breast and are not precooked so I must get it toasted. Today will be the last time I go.
