Panera Bread

I love the Panera Chipotle Avocado Chicken Sandwich. I usually get extra chicken because one of my dogs loves the chicken. Unfortunately, not this time and I'm stuck with eating the extra chicken. She usually would eat all the chicken, leaving me with the chickenless Chipotle Avocado Sandwich 🤣. The Sandwich was prepared quickly and they were busy when I got there. The Sandwich was hot, and delicious 😋.

I Love Panera!! They have Free Wi-Fi that Everyone can use to Work while You Eat if Need be or just Relax and eat & enjoy laughing with Friends on Facebook!! I ate a Delicious Bowl of Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli Soup w/ a Half of Roasted Turkey on French. Yum!!! Their Bagels, Breads , Pastries are All Homemade and Everything is so Delicious!!! Stop By .. it's located next door to Barnes Noble.

All the employees there are always so nice and fast but Alesia is the best worker there in my opinion, I go in just about every morning to get an ice coffee with caramel and as soon as she sees me walking through the door she already knows what I want (I know easy order but still) and she takes it upon herself to even melt the caramel so it mixes better in my coffee. I always see her working hard and never fails to make a pregnant girls day just by the little things. So this one is for you girl, thank you!!!

2 stars for manager, & missing items. Salad was missing chicken & decided to get a sandwich instead. I was told by nice staff member she will speak w/ manager about refunding difference. Nasty attitude manager was rude & kept saying what can I do? Ummm, did you not just talk to your staff member, so I reexplained everything & she was adamant I wouldn’t get a refund, at this point the nice staff member took my bag w/ salad in it & I told her I had a full salad, there is $2 difference, then I had to ask for receipt after receiving my food, along w/ refund.

A colleague had placed a catering order for me to pick up. Upon arrival, the order wasn’t ready & realized very quickly my colleague selected the incorrect pickup date. I was on a time schedule yet the team assured me they could make the large order in 10 mins! WOW! They gladly took on the challenge & expedited my order to get me on my way & did it w/ a smile despite it being our mistake! Thank you! It was very much appreciated!

This is my second time ordering food to go from this location. Also moved into the area fairly recently so I wasn't sure what to expect. I requested extra sauce for the Bacon Turkey Bravo, but it hardly has the amount it normally gets. It was about 45mins before closing and they didn't seem all that busy, yet they seem to have overlooked a simple request. This has happened twice now and I rarely eat here because of it. The tomatoes also looked old and unappetizing. The sandwich overall lack sauce so it was very dry. At least my husband's salad got extra dressing like I had requested?
