Lady at the drive thru was not only extremely rude, but they messed up my order with it. After she doesn't say anything and I was being patient to make sure she was prepared and not busy, she screams "WHAT DO YOU WANT" we placed our order and asked for a plain cheeseburger. After 15 minutes waiting for our food, we get this

A Saturday, (April 2 at about 12:30 pm) Harrison Location.
Person taking my order was very friendly.
Employee taking the money was very nice.
Gal handing me my order smiled, and was sure to say "have a great day"
My order : Fries nice and hot! Combo meal and kids meal correct. Only thing that was forgotten was napkins. (And you need napkins witu kiddos) Staff seemed to be a great team!

Waited half an hour to get completely cold meal this place needs to be closed it is an absolute disgrace they took $5.67 of my money I will no longer support them you shouldn't either it's a total dump. And the drive-thru is like riding on the surface of Mars.

This one is temp closed so i bet they’re gonna get rid of the sick mansard roof and unique interior and make this a grey blob bland mcdonalds. Sad :/ i like the mansard roofs and colors

This is the comfiest mcdonald's in the west side, it reminds me of the older locations before they began looking all the same. The only issue is there's only a few power outlets.

Everytime we have been here at this location the ice cream machine is down, and we have tried every week for the past 4 weeks. What?! I'm just going to assume they don't sell it period. Now having to drive a bit to go to a better location that actually has it running.

In comparison to other McDonalds stores, this one is one of the better ones in the region. They are usually pretty quick and the food is usually decent. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, but this location seems to have a decent value.

No ice cream, no apple pies, just a more expensive holiday "pie" which I won't get again. Cashier was very apologetic, but the source of the problem is management. This kind of occurrence is not unusual at this location and is why I seldom stop there.
