Starbucks

Terrible morning service. The employees are very slow and have no ambition whatsoever to do their jobs. They do not attend to the customers as they should and leave people waiting for 20 minutes for a drink. They don’t make drinks in order as people place them…they make what’s easiest for them first, and then make the other drinks. I’m not sure how this place is still running with the same people working there. I love Starbucks coffee, but I will only come to this location if I absolutely have to. This definitely needs to be addressed. Starbucks is a large coffee chain, and it’s not the cheapest. The product and service should match the price.

Unbelievably awful. Made a “quick” coffee stop off the road, after searching the app for the nearest Starbucks. Despite there being only 3 other customers in line before me, it took 20 minutes to be served. There were 3 employees working, 2 of whom appeared to be clueless. I ordered 2 Venti Bolds: they had no bold brewed. So, I’m like, just give me Pike Place. They barely had enough to fill one cup. It was lukewarm and bore no resemblance to a Starbucks product. I was then informed that they would need to brew more coffee… however the 2 employees who were just standing there had no idea how to do this!!! After waiting another 10 minutes as the one seemingly capable employee gave directions to the other two, I walked out. I fail to understand how a Starbucks has neither coffee nor employees who know how to make coffee. If you’re heading north, grab your Starbucks in Cincinnati. Otherwise, it’s an unpleasant, caffeine-less haul to Indianapolis. SMH.

The manager at this Kroger in Harrison, OH location is horrible. They highly mistreat the high school/college kids that work at this Starbucks, force them to close at anytime of management’s choosing (which is horrible customer service as well), don’t give the employees hardly any hours to work, and are downright rude. This is my local Starbucks, and I’ve never seen so much employee turnover, and variable hours of operation. Don’t pay attention to the hours posted, as the managers will close it down at anytime just to save a buck. Kroger and Starbucks should be highly embarrassed!
