I ordered a cake for my son's birthday online. I received an order confirmation with a pick up time. When I went to the store to pick up my cake not only did they say they do not have it but the staff gave me nothing but attitude. Their response was that there was nothing they could do about it. Even though I had my receipt it was painful trying to get a refund. I think any business that respects their customer would have at least apologized for their mistake! Nope all I received was their bad attitude. I will tell everyone I know to stay clear from this store

I would give zero stars if I could. The ice cream tasted like just ice...there was neither cream nor flavor anywhere to be found... the peanut butter "sauce" tasted like just peanut butter and the ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Also, the tiny spoons....i mean dude. When the spoon isn't long enough to come close to the bottom of the sundae cup. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

The ice cream here is really good, however there are two girls that work here that have the meanest disposition. Whenever I come in, I feel like I am bothering them and all I get is an ice cream cone. They should learn how to be a little more friendly, especially since there is another ice cream place right around the corner.

Was looking for pumpkin ice cream all they had was pumpkin cheesecake. So I tried it in a shake and it was fabulous. I wanted to buy more ice cream but they don't carry dry ice on the premises, so my plans had to end. I live over an hour away and it's hot so my ice cream would not have made it home without the dry ice. The management should always keep dry ice available for travelers.

this place is absolutely horrible. the windows are filthy and so are the tables and chairs. they were basically out of everything including things they had signs up for outside the building and the employees gave me an expired cherry on my ice cream. i also have a certified service dog and the ding bats working there gave me trouble about having her when i brought it to their attention that she is my service dog. they also had no donuts when dunkin donuts and baskin robins are literally in the same exact building. its called dunkin donuts not NO dunkin donuts.
