Starbucks

This Starbucks is Very Beautiful! It it kept clean, the people working in this Store were so Polite & made My drink perfect!! Which is seems to be hard for other employees of other Starbucks...... I go to My local Starbucks no less then twice a day. I am there everyday, they know me by name & still get the drink wrong..... Frustrating.... This NH Starbucks in Hanover is amazing...

Update: customer service, bathroom cleanliness and WIFI have all declined in the past year. That coupled with the parking which is harder to come by, make this location less desirable than its counter part in Lebanon. This is now one of two locations in the Upper Valley and the original location. The place can be a good work camping spot especially if you get one of the nook tables or single tables, of which they now have a few. WiFi is consistent and strong (unlike location in West Lebanon). Service can be slow at peak hours and the line can be quite long. Most baristas are pretty impersonal with few exceptions. Can be busy at times so it can get noisy and finding a seat is not always easy. Another downside for this location is finding parking and having to pay for it since there is no dedicated parking lot or structure..

This Starbucks is NEVER open anymore, I used to stop here in the morning a few times a week but I haven’t been in almost 2 months because every time I want to stop it’s either closed or the website says it’s open and I get there and there’s a sign on the door saying they’re closed. Some days they just don’t open at all and if you call to see if they’re open, they just don’t answer the phone. Really disappointing, I wish they would just move out so a more reliable business could move in that would actually be open once in a while. At this point it’s just a waste of space on Main Street.

Someone gave me a Starbucks gift card, so I went here to squander it. It was a pretty nice space, quite similar to countless other Starbucks. The menu was the same as an even greater percentage of existing Starbucks far as food and drink. Service was as expected and the coffee worked. The egg sandwich was better than expected, according to my wife. I enjoyed the sugar-encrusted straw to drink my iced espresso drink. I had no difficulty quickly making use of my $25 gift card. Success.

I love this Starbucks. The service is always fast and friendly and the collegetown vibe is in full effect here. The building is really cool too with an old exterior and a modern interior. There are lots of little nooks to sit and plug in your devices and get some work done while enjoying your favorite drink.

Twice out of the last three times I've been in to grab my mobile order, what I already ordered was unavailable. The first time, I ordered a cold brew and after standing there for about 15 minutes with my order still not ready (and the place wasn't very busy) I finally was able to catch someone's attention when I was told they didn't have it and offered me an iced coffee instead. Not a huge deal except that I had paid more for a cold brew. They did make it "right" by giving me a card for a free drink next time, but the amount of time I had to wait to be acknowledged was unreasonable, in my opinion. Today I ordered a muffin--when I arrived there was an empty bag on the counter with my sticker on it, and again after almost 10 minutes I was able to catch someone's attention and ask if the empty bag meant they didn't have it--the initial response, "Oh, maybe, I don't know" and checked with someone else who said they don't have those muffins available. This isn't exactly their fault--the mobile ordering app should not allow you to order something they don't have--but again, the wait time to find this out was unreasonable. I visit Starbucks maybe once a week and use the West Lebanon location at least 80% of the time and have always had my order fulfilled, always in a more than reasonable amount of time, and they have always been much busier than the Hanover location at the times I've been.
