Coffee is great, most times the same and people do make mistakes. This morning I requested cream and sugar, the young lady said I did not but long story short she gave my coffee back to me with an attitude. This is a nice Dunkin but they change staff more often then normal, new staff is not nice at all.

This location has been my go to for the last few years. Friendly staff and usually efficient. Like many business they are looking for workers. Given that they are doing well.
However the on complaint I have is when you order a breakfast sandwich it comes cold. It is obvious that they do not warm sandwiches. I would expect that it to be warm at least. Expect a cold sandwich that will need to be warmed .

Food was delicious, and my Chai Latte was made to perfection. Unfortunately, it took two people to take my order.

Sometimes they have maple bacon donuts, these are a must. But when they don't you can always order bacon ala carte and chef it up yourself.
