Pretzel Plus

The first time I went here, I ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie and it was extremely thick, tasty and quality. Tonight my fiancee and I went back for more and were both extremely disappointed in both the service and the quality of the smoothies. My Pina Colada smoothie was literally 95% liquid! All of the "smooth ice" was floating like an iceberg at the top of the cup and the rest was milk and flavor. I felt like I was drinking coconut milk instead of a smoothie. Outrageous! For charging almost $4.00 a smoothie, you would think they would have some sort of standard on how to make a quality smoothie that you don't mind spending that much on. The service was also mediocre. Both employees seemed like they didn't want to be there, and weren't very friendly at all. I feel like almost no care was taken while making the smoothies. This is the last time I waste my hard earned cash on a place like this. Sorry, but I'd take the equally expensive, but more quality Auntie Anne's over this place.
