Dunkin'

This location is a joke. Everything about it sucks. Just read through some of the reviews, it's too much for me to encapsulate in one. I will say, I periodically give this place a shot, just to see if they have gotten their act together. Nope. Every single time I visit they get my order wrong. I have even tried ordering online, to eliminate any communication issues. I think that may even make things worse. The wait is the cherry on top. I've sat there for easily ~ 15 mins, being the only car there. Like are they making drinks in there, or building friendships. There's 3 other locations nearby, pretty equidistant from this one. Go to those, not this one. This one blows.

burnt hasbrowns, and i asked for cream and sugar iced coffee and they put so much cream and no sugar??? plus the lady was so rude like I understand times are hard but I was friendly plus it was slow as heck so she must have woken up on the wrong side of bed but don’t take it out on innocent non karens lol. yeah they need better people working there.

Only order from drive through, but the menu is looking sun burnt and washed away. Plus they don't have the names of the donuts they sell and it's a DUNKIN DONUT. So, guess how you order something you Can't See and you don't have written on the menu. YEAH PRETTY DISASTROUS. On top of that tried to cheat out, when I opened ordered dozen of donuts I see only 10 not 12 and some of them are just not what I thought they would be. Again lack of visual support or menu and the ppl inside are really NOT HELPFUL. SO THERE U GO.
