Just came in at 7:55 found the door locked. It's supposed to close at 10pm, asked the employee over the door if they closed, she mouthed the f word

Terrible customer service. They should evaluate their employees better. I placed a doordash order two hours ago and they still haven’t even started preparing it. My dasher told me that the employee who was working said that he would make everyone’s food in the restaurant and then my order. My dasher was there before everyone in the store. Very frustrating.

The WORST customer service at a Subway I've ever experienced. That old lady behind the counter has a terrible attitude. Subway looks shabby and not so clean.

The franchise owner needs to do a better job at hiring quality workers. Usually subways customer service is up there, but in Hamtramck not so much. At this location they have lots of attitude for no reason.

When I don't want to eat at home I like to go to Subway for a veggie sandwich and sometimes a little more but what a great place to go enjoy a meal 👍💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
