Taco Bell

If I'm gonna wait 15 minutes in your drive-thru at least don't make it look like it took 30 seconds. The contents of the loosely wrapped chalupa fell out into the bag and made a hole in it by time I got home, all of them had contents outside of the wrap/shell, the taco shell was stuck to wrapper so pulling it off just ripped the taco, the beef in the chalupa was warm but the taco beef wasn't, and a small problem, but quit putting the containers with the flaps on it on opposite sides, they're meant to overlap a little... Jesus. Low quality here.

This is the 2nd week in a row that I came here and asked for no sour cream. The staff are very rude every time at night. They never have anything. I went inside a few times and they were nicer after we waited for 15 minutes to be told that we'd have to go through the drive thru.. I never do reviews but I felt that if I said something then maybe some things would change. Also once again no napkins and straws.. tonight at the Lovejoy taco bell. The guy working the drive thru was completely rude.. he forgot to give us our drinks and acted as if we were bothering him when we asked for our drinks. To top it off, our meals supposed to come in a box. Guess what? (Rhetorical). There was no box. No separation of the foods we'd know what's what. I don't know. I feel very unsatisfied especially since I've been a customer at this specific taco bell for over 10 years. Hope this reaches the right people

Well I will tell you about my experience at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lovejoy. First of all it's a Kentucky Fried Chicken with Taco Bell. I waited in line about an hour. To get to Tacos. The place was so disorganized and nasty unclean. Until when I got the tacos I really end up not able to enjoy it. Because I kept thinking about the food on the floor whole piece of chicken water on the floor they were sliding around in. Because the ice machine was out behind the counter. And they had to come out to get the ice and that made a mess. I hadn't been there for about 4 years and I stay right by it and I think I'll wait another for years

Okay so i don’t usually leave reviews, but this place sucked. I went and waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, while all the workers were hanging out in the other side of the parking lot. I went inside and ordered while one worker i saw standing in the parking lot, came and took my order saying “we were working on stuff in the back.” Looked very unprofessional. The manager offered to give us free food for our long wait but the one working the cash register said no, and wouldn’t give us our food till we paid. I didn’t mind paying, but the worker was cussing the whole time too. Was a very bad experience and im never going back to that Taco Bell. Wasnt worth it for a quesadilla.

The worst experience possible! If I could give them zero stars, that's what they would get. I bought dinner for my kids and myself and the young lady who took my order had no idea what I was ordering even though I ordered directly from their menu board. Then when I drove around to the front, the girl who brought my food to the truck just handed the bags and walked off. When I looked inside the bag, the bottom of one box had fallen out, and the food was literally in the bag. Also, I ordered combos, but we didn't get our drinks. I went inside to speak with a manager, but left because after 15 minutes nobody would pay me any attention. Also, we had to throw away most of the chicken when we got home because it wasn't thoroughly cooked, and was swimming in oil. I've been calling the restaurant since last night but have yet to get through to anyone on the phone. I will be disputing these charges with my bank. Also will never purchase anything from this KFC again.

Do you like iced tomatoes and cheese on your tacos? How about when you order a pack of soft tacos with no beans, but get home to find out everyone of them have beans in it? Wanna be fooled and deceived everytime you make an order only to be betrayed when you finally receive it but turns out it belongs to someone else two cars down from within the drive thru? Well look no further, this taco bell has that and more!

You would think with all the bad reviews on this place they would CARE to even READ the reviews. Service is horrible. I PROMISE you that if you are hired there you won’t be trained. That’s how it seems to be there at this Taco Bell. I don’t expect this location to be opened to much longer. Not worth the dorito taco.AND ALSO THERE IS NO REASON PLASTIC SHOULD EVER BE IN FOOD. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

This place is terrible. Terrible. We go in there for at least 15 minutes waiting just to order. Then the kid gets up there then disappears to cuss at his co worker. Then the other kid offers us free food and the other person takes it away. Cussing, no food, poor service. Never, never, ever go here. This place needs to be boycotted or something. Just never go here. Ever. If you do go here, you are in for rude employees who cuss at each other and long wait for your food. Oh and did I mention that of the cussing employees weren’t enough, the one guy called the manager special needs. He needs to be fired. THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!!!! THE PLACE IS NASTY!!!
