Wendy's

The staff here are rude! When placing an order they will cut you off quick and give you attitude. I tried ordering a burger with lettuce instead of a bun, as I’m gluten intolerant. I specifically asked if the burger could have two big pieces of lettuce, one on either side. Some of my past orders, they’ve put multiple small pieces of lettuce. The woman taking my order was curt about it and explained they give multiples pieces of lettuce. Which is exactly why I made my request in the first place. We cancelled our order, told her she was rude and she had an attitude, and drove off.

0-3 for order correctness. You get home, see the order's wrong, but you eat anyways because its not worth driving back. After you eat you decide not to give a review and go on with your life, but after going there 3 times and them screwing it up its time for a rant. I always say Single or double combo no cheese. They not only put cheese on top and bottom, they forgot to put anything else on it. Nothing but a bun, patty and two pieces of cheese. Times are tough and good hires are hard to find, but if you can't find someone who can put together a Wendy's single combo no cheese together you're in trouble...

I'm really confused. I've never lived anywhere that the Wendy's failed to have a fish sandwich during lent. Lent is pretty much the reason why the fast food sandwich was created (look up the history of the filet-o-fish). Not having this sandwich till April as I was told pretty much defeats the purpose of why it's carried this time of year.

Used the drive through in the early afternoon and the wait was minimal. Fries were hot and crispy. Son of Baconator was yummy. The only downside was the special request for no mayo on the Dave's single wasn't honored. Still, for a fast food restaurant chain, it was worthy of 4 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
