7-eleven

...This is the cleanest 7-11 I've ever been to ...The ladies working at this 7-11 always greet you warmly ...It's always well stocked ..........***EDIT*** I was at this 7-11 on May 4th, 2022 it was the evening, and there was a lady there named Debbie who was incredibly patient and helpful with the 7-11 app. I was trying to use my rewards and needed help, and she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and calm under pressure.

This is where I come to get my cappuccino which comes in various flavors and I like that. The new peppermint cocoa oh my goodness love it and not to mention the caramel Macchiato. I remember one time they had ran out and so I just went to another 7 eleven no big deal. The clerks are cordial and that's always a good thing. No complaints at this time

Well ...this morning started off just terrible,I woke up for work to broken coffee pot!!!! Without having acquired my motor skills yet.I grabbed my purse, to fumble threw it for my car keys ..out the door to 7-eleven for coffee!!! Unable to even get my self together I stumble threw the 7-eleven front door. Iam quickly greeted by a angel Joyce!!! I explained no coffee at home, coffee pot is broken. I have never experienced customer service so personal she helped me get my coffee all while raises my spirits. Setting the stage for turning the entire rest of the day around. Joyce ..thank you for help this morning, and being so awesome at your job!! Your helpfulness, and caring energy changed the course and energy for my entire day. Rachel Lawrence

Had a horrible experience at about 930 pm on 1/16/20. I only asked to get a scratch off card. The lady who was new to the store greeted me when I came in. The older lady with the black and gray hair who was training her did not speak to me at all. She advised the other employee that she could not handle the lottery scratch tickets. She took over and made me wait as she scanned every ticket under the counter. She never told me what she was doing. She just had me wait with no explanation. I decided to leave and go to the gas station next door with the friendly associate to purchase my scratch off card.

This is an amazing store. My family has been going to this location for more than 10 yrs now. We are in this store at least 3 times a day and the staff is like family. My son is special needs and deaf in one ear and therefor tends to be loud. I know this can be annoying to people however yall have been amazing to my family. Ms. Dee makes a point to always check on my kids and ask how they are. Thank you for always making us feel welcome. Stewart Family
