Pizza Hut

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've currently been waiting for over 3 hours now for a simple order. After calling the first time, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes, after I finally was able to talk to someone, they assured me that my pizza was on its way. Then I waited an additional hour after which I called the pizza hut again, being connected to pizza hut customer service. They assured to me once again that my pizza was on its way and I would be refunded my money. It has now been 40 minutes without a pizza in my hands. I worked hard all day long and now I have to deal with this terrible service. Wait to go pizza hut! Never order pizza from these people.

This Pizza Hut is one of the few that I believe live up to the expectations of customer service. I've been here several times and only had a few instances where I was not completely satisfied. I recently moved about 30 miles away in Smithfield, and the Pizza Hut out there is horrible where they do not even honor their own advertisements or coupons. If I didn't know better I would think it was a bootleg knockoff of Pizza Hut. But the Pizza Hut here in Hampton at Langley square is very good and provides a great product and good customer service on a consistent basis.

Set the order to be delivered an hour later when my guests were arriving. They immediately started making the order and had it out for delivery within 15 minutes of me ordering it. Ended up with a pizza delivered 45 minutes before my guests had arrived and by the time we could eat it, the pizza was lukewarm and soggy. What's the point of having the option to have the pizza delivered later if you don't even bother to follow it?

Boneless wings are a bad joke. The cost cutting measures of reducing sauce and cheese have made your pizzas into bread. There were a decent amount of mushrooms. I tried for over an hour to subscribe to your app. It kept rejecting my password choice even though it met all of the requirements and would not continue unless I put in an optional birthday and phone extension.

Please have staff treat customers better. In a empty store and empty drive thru, I was pretty much ignored for a long while, even though my pizza had been ready to go. I even watched as a staff member kept rolling her eyes to the customers on the phone for no reason, are the customers not allowed to call and place a order on the phone? Because that’s how she was acting.

Delivery estimation was 25-35 minutes the pizza showed up an hour after i placed the order. When i called the store they showed no customer service concerns and just simply said your pizza will be out the door next. Then the driver tells me your pizza is hot just the way it is supposed to be in my eyes telling me he delivered my pizza in s timely manner.

Somehow my order got mixed up and the wrong pizza was delivered, when I called back to the location I was put on hold for about 30 min and then a different person picked back up and I had to explain everything over again. It was very frustrating and due to the weather re-delivery was just not possible.
