Dunkin'

This is supposed to be a toasted plain bagel with EXTRA vegetable cream cheese..? Its not toasted at all, and there’s plain cream cheese so thin it’s basically transparent. Clearly the people they hire need to go back to kindergarten to learn how to read basic instructions. Don’t waste your money here.

I go here because it is close to my work. I order on the app, so I can be sure my order is correct (before the app this place NEVER EVER got the order correct). For a while, it worked out well, but a few months ago (actually more like 9) this location got a new manager and it is just AWFUL. They are nearly ALWAYS out of bagels (especially Everything). You would think if you regularly run out, you would order more quantity, but no. And once you order a bagel on the app, they refuse to refund so you HAVE to get something else whether you want to or not. Today I ordered on the app from the parking lot and then pulled into line. I got to the window literally seconds after I hit order. Yet hmm my "toasted bagel" was already ready??? No. Today they surprisingly actually had the everything bagels, but I ordered it toasted and it wasnt toasted, and when they put cream cheese on it, they barely skimmed the surface. AND its cold. It's like someone else ordered this not toasted with light cream cheese and then didn't want it so they saved it for the next order. Ugh. Its so gross. This is literally the worst dunkins location ever. The one up by Denbeigh puts 3 or 4 times this amount of cream cheese, and never forgets to toast the bagel. Just awful.

Okay I pull up to this location at 6:00am. No line. Not busy. I grab a bacon egg cheese croissant and hot chocolate. Taste hot choc and it’s fine. But than this croissant is nasty. It was cold. Cheese didn’t melt. And it was just sloppy. Service was quick but I see why. They didn’t take the time to warm up the food. Lazy. Never had problems like this before here at this location.

Whew child, this place sucks bad. This morning I ordered two cups of iced coffee for my husband and I and they both taste like water with sugar. This place has gone down hill ever since the lady with the colorful locs left. They are always out of everything, customer service doesn't exist and you spend so much time waiting in the drive through line because they can't keep staff. Who ever owns this place needs to get it together. Would not recommend.

Drive through experience is absolutely the worst I have had from any restaurant. Submitted a mobile order almost 15 minutes before ever getting on the line. Spent another 15 minutes just waiting in line, yet when I finally got to the window, my meal still was not ready. The staff or managers don't seem to really care about customer service or improving their standard operating procedures to fix the issues here.
