The girl who took my order at the drive-thru had the customer service skills of Squidward. It was as if I interrupted her social time by being their only customer on the property in the middle of the afternoon. She was laughing at something as I said my order, she took my card without saying anything, then I tried to ask her a question about the menu (something about the "Beyond" chicken) when I got my card back and she ignored me and shut the window as I was talking. Some guy handed me the food, though he at least told me to have a nice day.

I appreciate the friendly, efficient, professional and fast service I always receive whenever I come to this KFC. I'll bypass the other Hampton KFC to come to this one because it's a huge difference to me & my family. I'm also grateful for the Military discount no matter what day of the week it is!! THANKS KFC for not just 'saying' thank you for your service, but actually putting into 'action' that you mean it, especially when soooo many other places don't do either in this area where it's full of military support! God bless you & thank YOU for thinking about us!! You're my 1st choice when I want fastfood in the Langley area.

Ordered two Crispy Colonel sandwiches, fries and a three piece chicken strip. When we got the sandwiches, we thought they were the two smaller sandwich meal because it was the size of the palm of a hand, and less than 1/2 inch thick. One bun was rock hard. The fries and the strips were also cold. We also didn’t receive a receipt. Headed right out of the parking lot down the road to Popeyes. Ordered the same thing and it was perfect.
