Wendy's

Not always open late to it's Google posted closing time of 4am. A sign will blame no staff. When its open it super busy with lines often backing on to Mercury Blvd. Plan to wait. BUT it's good to have fast food serving this late. Staff friendly and I have never had them mess up my order so KUDOS for that as well.

Didn’t order but was picking up an order for DoorDash and there was a huge line, my boyfriend and me figured it was just one person inside with how long it’s been taking and feel sympathetic, after almost an hour we finally pick up the Order and the bags were lukewarm and there was 3 employees in the store, him and I both work in the food industry and we both agree that even though we work with different kind of food compared to Wendy’s, it shouldn’t take 3 people that long to be able to serve people. I do want to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some kind of emergency inside since we don’t know what was going on, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone ordering late at night.

I would've given it a 5 star rating, but I tried to place an online order BEFORE I got to the drive-in window order line, yet as of 03/19/2022, it wouldn't let me finish the order!! The gentleman who gave me my food at the drive-thru window said that I wasn't the only one who reported an issue with this!

Literally just drove off because the lady at the menu was so incredibly rude. Im sorry I inconvenienced you by simply trying to place an order. Guarantee will not ever happen again. Food for thought maybe don't put your most rude employees with 0 customer service skills on the drive thru. Idk maybe that makes too much sense.

My burger wasn't even cooked it was pink raw in the middle!! I called they said there's a reciept in the bag which there was not! If I brought in my reciept they would give me a new burger. Then she says check your bag and hung up its been busy for the last hour so was given raw food so I'll be contact the company. You all want top dollar for flipping burgers but can't cook a burger then hang up on customers and leave the phone off the hook! Garbage customer service!
