Arby's

Had never been to Arby's but was excited to try the recently added hot wings. Well let's make this short. The wings were cold and barely sauced. Hard pass!! Also tried the chicken sandwich. It was also cold with not tomato like the picture and was literally 2 chicken tender with cold cheese. I tried to put it on my dash to melt the cheese but this was a good as I got. Arby's is an epic failure. Can't believe they were even featured on the food that built America. Don't waste your time. Nice people horrible quality, preparation and taste

Drive thru line was long as usual.... Customer service was okay..,....waited like 10mins n line ....food was good..I tried the new boneless wings and crinkle fries for 5.00 .... either buffalo or hot sweet..... bones wings were crunchy and tender.....sauce was okay....but white meat was real chicken not rub meat..... crinkle fries were fresh hot out of the grease ....so the wait was worth it....

One star ,more like 0 stars. The food was not hot.the fries were soggy and undercooked. The most terrible Arby's in the area! You sit in line for over ten mins with 2 cars ahead of you This location needs new management or new staff,seems they are not trained properly to know how too cook the food right. Please send corporate to this location before someone ends up sick. A waste of money for a meal that is over ten bucks.

So enjoyed the Greek Gyro ( I pronounce this as "YEAR ROW" and others say "JYRO"! LOL. The lamb on the Gyro was fresh, warm and delicious. My Sister went with the traditional Roast Beef Sandwich, whereas she is much more conservative than me. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we weren't able to sit and dine inside while looking out the huge windows overlooking Mercury Blvd., Hampton, VA. Nevertheless, we enjoyed every morsel while sharing our meal in the car! This particular Arby's restaurant has been here for a long as I can remember, and their fast food items are well prepared and tasty. Drive thru service was friendly and fast.

The chicken sandwich was good BUT cold. The cheese was not melted, Only two chicken tenders. They charged us $3 for a small drink that said $1 on the menu. They are scamming people. Also the girl was extremely rude. She is very lucky I didn't step out my car. If my fiance was not with me, I would have. Won't be back to this one. GO TO THE ONE IN NEWPORT NEWS. SOOOO worth it ☺️ The Hampton one close to the JRB (James River Bridge) this one. SUCKS .
