Normally this place is great, but today it wasn't. I ordered a large sub and it was put in as a medium (not a big deal), but what I received must have been a small or kid's medium.

This is the first time I've been here in years. As usual the food itself was excellent, along with the staff. The issue I had was the sticker shock. I ordered ONE large combo and it was $20.00. It may be more feasible to go to an actual sit down restaurant.

I often order online and my order is always ready everything that I asked for my salad order is normally exactly the way I order it. Well I visited this establishment on Mar 7, 2022 to find that the salad that was $7.99 to $10.99 a $3.00 jump for the same salad I had been purchasing so I'll just make my own from now on. I don't like the subs because too much bread! So I'm going to have to say goodbye, I see a dollar but too drastic for me it's enough with the gas hike.

I placed an online order for 1 sub. It wasn't ready until 17 min after the given pick up time. The store wasn't busy, my order was overlooked. I checked the sub before leaving only to find that I was missing half of the requested ingredients. I understand mistakes happen but after waiting so long, my order could've at least been correct. Oh they also forgot the complimentary pickle!!!

Place shut down 25min early. Hours are posted until 10pm on Saturday. Doors were locked at 935pm. They were already cleaning and finishing up their last orders for the day. According to the employee, "they don't get paid to work after close". I can see why they would close earlier if that is so, but if that is the case, then change your hours.

To expensive. I brought two subs which cost me $31. The sub fell apart, the bread was soggy and they had no tea made. The cashier asked her coworker to make some tea and he just kept walking. NEVER AGAIN. AND I DO MEAN, NEVER.

I want to thank T-mobile app for the free medium sub which was the Hook & Ladder this week on the app my only problem was the was not anyone cleaning the tables after people were eating or just sitting around waiting on there food and the cashier was the only one with no mask on behind the counter

First time eating at fire house, total disaster. I saw 3 people working: One employee was doing all the work. One employee was hanging out with his boys. I hear them cursing up a blue streak. One was MIA... Waited 30min for a sandwich in a store with hardly any customers in it . never again.
