Dunkin'

Ordered hot black large coffee with 6 sugars & no cream WITH a little ice, hash browns & a snack wrap. After order was repeated back sans ice, I reminding the attendant about wanting ice. After paying I got my coffee which felt quite hot so I looked at the printed label: without ice listed. I inquired & got the simple reply of sorry. I inquired how they failed to get me the requested ice after specifying it during my order & reconfirming. Only got sorry, will check next time. And there was no offer to add ice & give me some in another cup. AND the hash browns were luke warm. I want to give these folks a chance but 75% of the time they screw up even the simplest of orders. I guess I'll have to stop going & drive further to Bangor.

We got coffees through drive thru; I ordered a HOT latte. That latte was ICE cold in a hot cup. I don’t understand why or how it was cold considering to make a latte you steam the milk and put hot espresso into it. I’ve worked at dunkin and during my time there I never made a cold hot latte. I can’t even understand how this happened. I will never be back to this location.

I'd really like to give the morning crew 5 stars, but, I don't go in the mornings anymore. Their frozen coffee, the most expensive beverage, is frequently inconsistent and tastes gross about a third of the time that you order it. Yesterday I had gotten mine remade and received no apology , just a "hereyougobye" while laughing at me as if it was my fault that the drink was made incorrectly. Today my same drink was worse , and I decided I wouldn't be going back. My favorite part about my visit was the lack of greeting I received at the window, the drinks aren't good enough to go through as many hoops to get a consistent drink as you need to.
