They're always on point. The one employee that I see they're all the time, her name is Brittany I think, is always cheerful and greets with warm smile and a candid attitude. She needs a definite raise pronto. Keep up the great work Brittany!

Gave him three stars because I specifically ask them for certain things. Paid extra for guacamole and sour cream got neither.. I could see it if it was busy but it was not busy. It was very quiet. I was the only car and there was nobody in the lobby. It should not have been a mistake that was made

I went to place an order at the drive-through and the girl says what do you want very rude! What kind of service is that? Then when I went to pay at the window they give you dirty looks and your order was messed up in the bag and they never gab me me my drink.

All I ask is when I order sauce packets on the app, you put them in the bag. When you kindly ask my if everything on the screen looks right (including sauce packets) and then you give me none.. something is not working with your process. Please correct . Thank you.

They left half of my order out and when I asked about it they acted like I was trying to get it for free!?!

I should have paid attention when I watched this young short girl with glasses & a ponytail make a gentleman ahead of me COUNT HIS FOOD in front of us once.
I felt so bad for him. We live and learn.
