Dunkin'

The building is very nice. However, the past 2 times I have went here to buy breakfast the wait times have been long. Not only that, when ordering, they seem to not have adequate inventory and never have the type of bagel or donut i want. The coffee has tasted kind of funky lately(dirty gym socks), not sure but management should speak with their staff? I hope they figure it out because the lack of effort is alarming and will affect their business long-term! Customers shouldn't have to constantly remind employees what their order is, more than once, or twice. This location used to be the Bomb dot com, but now they stink on ice. Needs managerial improvement and better work culture/atmosphere.

This use to be my favorite stop before work. However, recently there is an employee that wears WAY TOO MUCH cologne. EVERYTIME I get my order I leave with his scent. It's gross. My drink smells like cologne. The bag smells like cologne. Horrible start to my mornings. Will not be returning unless this is addressed.

Good food and quick service. Only thing I wasn't happy with- was I ordered an order of hash browns I believe they cost $1.19. I got three and a half quarter sized smashed hash browns. For $1.19. The next time I went I asked them before I ordered how many I'm supposed to get they told me about 6... Still feels excessive considering they are so small however they are really good so I ordered them again and this time I got six normal not smashed hash browns. They were good. I love their bagels and cream cheese and their coffee is amazing definitely recommend trying the iced coffee with liquid sugar! Total game changer

I get that it is early in the morning but there is no need for rude customer service. No have a nice day everything was just ok.. ok… ok… pull around. HORRIBLE I ordered a donut i was handed a bag with no napkins no clear sheet just a bag and a donut. Did you pick it up with your hands. The worst dunkin I have ever been too, and this is why I don’t come to this location. Zero stars for me

I ordered walk-in To go and the door is closed. We knocked on the door for almost half and hour and the women inside heard us and did not open. We had to walk into the drive thru and ask for our order. Instead of opening the door and letting us in to grab our To go order, we had to squeeze in middle of the window and someone random car to grab out order. Worst Dunkin’ experience!
