Dunkin'

This is the worst Dunkin’. They almost always mess up my coffee order. I’ve stopped going so many times and keep trying again to give them a chance and I’m always disappointed. Out of ten orders I’ll maybe get one done right. They seem to not care and they give you whatever the heck they want to give you. There are two guys, the one with the long hair and the other one with glasses that always get my orders right and are pleasant. I wish I knew their schedule so I wouldn’t waste my time with the other ladies that have terrible attitude. This location is convenient for me but seriously after so many order mess ups, I’d rather drive out of my way and avoid the frustration.

Customer service from the lady cooking and serving orders SUCKS!!!! I’m a loyal customer to Dunkin’ and never have I ever been treated with such rudeness! The cashier was just fine, he took my order with no issues. When it was time to retrieve food, she was rude in a manner that offended me. If she was having a bad day then she shouldn’t be at work. I’m understandable to most situations, as no one is perfect. I do in fact have an issue when that affects the customer service given to me. I was having a great morning until I encountered her. I wonder how many other customers have had to start their morning this way. Worst experience ever. I’m not even going to explain how my food was old and burnt. Just get the customer service together first please

Horrible customer service here.My family and I ordered 5 wraps and we only received 4. We also ordered 2 bagels and they were so lazy they didn’t put the cream cheese on it even, and gave it to us in a little packet instead to do it ourselves.They also forgot straws. This is supposed to to be a fast -easy breakfast instead they made it much more complicated especially for people who go to work in the morning who has time to put the cream cheese on when your in traffic.
