Smoothie King

Hulk was like a melted shake and tasted worse than one. They tried to remake it and it was the same. Your other Hammond locations do not get it wrong. This one has been getting it wrong for 3 months again. I'll try back next month, but I've paid for 2 smoothies that I have not drank at this point and paying y'all $9 each time to figure out if the team learned how to make them kinda sucks. I know I can go to other locations, but this is the one by my home and I only want a smoothie for my hour commute to work. No commute, no need for smoothie. So this location has a few thousand to gain or lose annually from me. The girl that was working was a kind person and although she was unable to make it correctly, she was willing to try. Thank you for hiring nice people. Let's just train them at your locations that know how to get it done well!

Not even here during busy hours waited almost 5 min to order at speaker and we had to initiate someone to ask us what we want to order. He assumed we wanted one drink. We told him we was not done ordering. So we pull around to the window, two cars in front of us. 15 minutes later still haven’t seen not one person go to the window to the first car. We left. I’m sorry but it cannot take that long to make smoothies. Will not be back!

Went to use my buy one get one on the app... Didn't work and charged me for it since a free enhancer was put in... Thanks for having a dumb system that keeps old rewards selected and only applies the lowest reward instead of highest. Pretty lame. Pass on to tech/marketing department. Do better. _______________________________________________ Update: A New Day. Smoothie wasn't made correctly, went in and asked about it. It was remade and the team was kool about it. Thank you, all I want is my favorite smoothie. Thank you! ________________________________________________ Smoothie wasn't made well, got the police called on me for asking for it to be remade or refunded. Apparently when they asked what is wrong and I said I could watch them make it and let them know if I see something wrong was threatening. $1500 a year I spend at smoothie king. This is the only location that I have issues with. I wonder if the owner would like to sell it? Maybe we can work something out. Owner reached out. He seems like a great guy. I'm not sure how people get stuck without good customer service skills working for people like him and Wes. Seriously, some awesome kats and the West Thomas location is always the bomb too! I gave a five star rating because I feel bad for the kids that didn't know how to handle the situation and because, honestly, I love my smoothies and my only wish is to get one right when I wake up and head into work. It's a simple life and hopefully they can get their team situated. All I can do is support them and cheer them on, because they need to sell smoothies and I want to buy those smoothies, Sooo..... 😆

I went here and asked for a dark chocolate banana smoothie without the acai sorbet. I had to repeat it three times because he thought I said blueberry, which is understandable. It's not easy to hear through a headset, but he seemed to hear it and when I left, there was alas still acai sorbet in my smoothie. The roof of my mouth is inflamed because of an allergic reaction and I needed something easy to eat without any acidic fruits. But I just won't support Smoothie King anymore because they're highly priced and their smoothies don't even taste that good.
