Little Caesars

Umm since when do people making food not have to wear gloves? You can see right into the kitchen. Older lady making the pizzas, no gloves, putting on toppings, then goes and touches the computer. Doesnt wash her hands and goes right back to making the pizzas. I will not be going here ever again. Especially since we are months out of a pandemic? Actually once i saw her, i was trying to see if anyone was wearing gloves, and they werent. Not to mention, please don’t advertise “ hot and ready” when nothing was ready, even pepperoni pizza. If im going to wait 20 minutes for little ceasars, then forget it. I’ll go somewhere else where their food handling is better and their pizza tastes better!!

While writing a review I am not at all surprised by the bad experience I faced. The store is in a convenient location but the customer service ruins it all. I arrived at the store at 22:45PM. 15 mins before closing and I asked the old lady about 2 items. She said her oven was turned off and all she had was 1 crazy bread & 1 pepperoni to offer. I didn’t know how to react to her response and just passed, went to the next door shawarma joint. What person in their right mind would not take an order from the customer and make the item requested? I’m very precise about the time mentioned here so it’s not like I barged in 2 mins before closing.

That old lady that seems so miserable about her life should just find a new job….She has absolutely poor customer service. I’ve been going to that pizza store for years until she she started working the front. Her attitude is disrespectful and disgusting and needs to be dealt with. This company is for sure losing customers and money just because of that old lady…
